SF bums are serious

In most citys you’ll see bikes chained up to street signs.. but in my neighborhood you see shopping carts locked up. I guess if that’s your ride… you gotta lock it up!!

  1. Here in Greenville NC, they leave them where they last needed them, and are pretty much guaranteed they will be there when they need it again. You really don’t have to lock your car up around here, and I guess the same holds true for your shopping cart.
