If you don’t check Max’s blog daily… start. He’s on it with the posts, and he puts up super sick photos. Some are even shot by ol’ Nagahara like the photo below…

Max is a stand-up dude that knows his shit when it comes to bikes and skateboarding. And what else is there? Let me help you with that one… Nothing.

This Triumph was my favorite bike at the show. I just like the way it was put together.
This one was a crazy little scooter. This guy had a sign saying that he is looking for any old scooters to fix um up. Check out the mini travel bags on that back.
This was more like what I was expecting to see but there was only one or two nice choppers like this one. This ones for sale too. I think it was around $20,000.
A parking lot full of loners that all like to hang out together…

Me Sandy & Pork found this sweet spot called Stable Cafe on Folsom & 17th. It’s got indoor and outdoor seating. We posted up on the patio and enjoyed a cup of coffee and a BLT. It was a wonderful morning.

We went out to ocean beach today just to find out that even with 4 grown adults (Me, Sandy, Ethan & Caroline) we still couldn’t get this kite to fly.
As sad as it was, I’m sure it was funny as hell for everyone else on the beach.

Me, Joey and Shrugie went on a ride to Modesto last weekend to check out a few skate contests. The first one (not pictured) was in a mall parking lot. Not really my speed but if I was 10 years old I would’ve been SO into it.

The second was a bowl contest at a spot called “The Ranch”. It sounded like people were killing it but we couldn’t see shit. This was pretty much our view of the whole thing.

Then we stopped by Wade’s place to BBQ and check out his bar.

He built this bar top to bottom. Its super nice. Full road house.

The bar comes complete with empty Keystone Light cans, dice cups…

And a really sweet Coors neon.
Thanks Wade! Your place is amazing.
