Zach Lyons took me on a short tour of DC skate spots the other day. I was only in town for a few days shooting a short with Rory (29 films baby!). After the filming was over I had just enough time to cruise around town and hit a few really amazing skate spots. DC is so fun to skate. Thanks again Zach!

I tried to convince him to dye his mustache to make it look thicker… If you have his phone number call and text him to do it. I mean… Wiley did it..

We finished off the day with dinner at Jumbo Slice on 18th Street. Who doesn’t want a slice of pizza bigger than your head? Shit is so good!

Jessica was the first to see the 50 legged monster. This is Rory… Bug hunting. Kill that thing!!! Then.. We watched East Bound & Down. Shit is amazing.

That’s right, fresh apples cut into “fun fry shapes” to make kids more interested in eating fruit. Is the King onto something here? Half of me says “holy shit.. That’s amazing”, then the other side of my brain says, “congratulations BK, now you found a way to whore out apples too.” I’m torn.

Congrats to GLEN from Null Skateboards for winning the Cruz Skate Shop pizza eating contest. Glen painfully put back 23 slices to earn his title. What a fuckin champion! The contest was sponsored by Creature Skateboards and Lowcard Magazine. Goat hill pizza however was bummed on our contest. It was so much fun.
